Based off of the classic games, this anime follows newby defense attorney Ryuuichi Naruhodou and his trials in the courtroom. When his mentor,Chihiro Ayasato, is killed and her sister blamed Naruhodo must help her when no one else will. How will the judge decide in the end?

Ayato and Julis are still fighting strong in the festa and continue facing only stronger enemies. Ayato begins to think more about his sister and turns to the Student Council President of Rewolf to answer his questions about his sister. When Nakajimia Atsushi is left homeless and starving after being kicked out of his orphanage he stumbles across a man drowning in a river. After helping the man out of the river he learns his name is Dazai and soon after his partner, Kunikida who are members of the Armed Detective Agency and possess supernatural abilities. When they ask Atsushi to act as bait for a tiger they've been tracking in exchange for a reward what Atsushi finds in the end is a whole different life.

Kikko, Jaguar, Detective Shiba, and the rest of the Super Human Bureau are all still hard at work after the events of the first season. Jiro has fled the Bureau and is on the run as a vigilante. When Jiro finally surfaces in front of everybody again to steal back Aegis and reveals he has powerful allys. What will become of Jiro and the Bureau? 

Misaki aspires to become a Blue Mermaid, somebody who protects and voyages throughout the seas. When she enters Yokosuka Girls' Marine High School she becomes captain of the ship Harakaze and winds up being late to their first training they encounter an instructor blocking their way and firing at them! When they send a dummy missile and hit the attacking ship and flee, it almost sinks. The Harakaze is accused of mutany!! What will happen as Misaki tries to lead her fellow crewmates to safety.
